We are happy to provide a new level of care to you with Telehealth.  With our new Telehealth system, you can see your physician from the comfort of your home, allowing us to complete your visits via Video Chat instead of in person.

What type of device can I use?

  • A cell phone with a built-in camera (Smartphone)
  • A computer/laptop with a camera/webcam and internet access
  • A tablet/iPad with a built-in camera and internet access

What do I need to do?

  • Prior to your appointment, staff will call you to complete your check-in. This will include verifying demographic information and updating your medication list.
  • We will also verify how you will be connecting to your appointment.

If you are using a cell phone

  • Staff will send you a text message with a blue link to click on.
  • When prompted to use the Microphone and Camera, please select ALLOW.
  • Hang Tight! Your physician will be with you shortly after!

If you are using a computer or tablet

  • At the time of check-in, the office will provide you with the website and an “Appointment Code”.
  • Open a new internet browser window (like Safari, Google Chrome or Firefox) and go to bnmg.org
  • Once there, you will see a blue box in the bottom right corner of your screen that says “BNMG Live Video Telehealth”. Click the box to expand the window.
  • You will then enter an email address and the Appointment Code you were provided. Then click “Video Connect Now”
  • Hang Tight! Your physician will be with you shortly after!

What do I do after my video appointment?

  • A Medical Assistant will reach out to you by phone to provide you with your next appointment and any other instructions your physician has for you.
