Joshua Greenstein, M.D.
Dr. Greenstein joined Balboa Nephrology Medical Group in 2016. He practices in the Escondido and Poway area; specializing in kidney diseases which includes hemodialysis patients at both FMC and DaVita Dialysis units.

Dr. Greenstein attended medical school at the University of California Los Angeles where he obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree and completed residency. He completed his Nephrology fellowship training at the Stanford University School of Medicine.

When not working, Dr. Greenstein likes to read, walk his dog, search for his cat who likes to hide in the remotest parts of the house, and go to the beach with his two daughters, son and wife.

Joseph Hebreo, M.D.
Dr. Hebreo joined Balboa Nephrology Medical Group in 2016. He practices in the Escondido and Fallbrook area; specializing in kidney diseases which includes hemodialysis and peritoneal patients at DaVita Dialysis units.​

Dr. Hebreo attended medical school at Albert Einstein College of Medicine where he obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree. After completing his residency at the Naval Medical Center San Diego, he completed his Nephrology fellowship training at Walter Reed Army Medical Center/National Naval Medical Center in Washington DC.​

He is a big Padres fan who enjoys watching sports and movies along with spending time with his wife and two sons.

Osman Khawar, M.D.
Dr. Khawar joined Balboa Nephrology Medical Group in 2016. He practices in the Escondido area; specializing in kidney diseases which includes hemodialysis patients, Transplant patients. He has a particular passion for home dialysis methods in particular: both Home Hemodialysis and Peritoneal dialysis.

Dr. Khawar attended medical school at Glasgow University and then obtained a Masters from the John Hopkins School of Public Health.. After completing his residency at St. Mary Medical Center in Long Beach, he completed his Nephrology training at Harbor-UCLA.

Osman also works in the medical device industry, running a company developing a novel home hemodialysis machine. In his free time, he spends time with his family, travels and is currently learning the electric guitar.

Mohammed Neyez, M.D.
Dr. Neyaz joined Balboa Nephrology Medical Group in 2016. He practices in the Escondido area; specializing in kidney diseases which includes hemodialysis patients at both FMC and DaVita Dialysis units.

Dr. Neyaz attended medical school at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, where he obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree. He then went on to complete his residency and fellowship training at Ingham Regional Medical Center in Lansing, Michigan.

He enjoys spending time with his family, watching basketball, football and horror movies (specializing in Zombies). He enjoys playing backyard soccer and football with his wife and kids.

Abraham Daneshvar, P.A.
Abraham Daneshvar joined Balboa Nephrology Medical group in 2016. He graduated from medical school in Iran in 1998 and practiced there as a family physician for 7 years until coming to the United States in 1995.

Abraham received his Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from University of Detroit Mercy in 2002 and since then, has been practicing as a Nephrology Physician’s Assistant.

He enjoys spending his free time with his wife and son, hiking, swimming, biking and reading.

Enjoli Spaulding, N.P.
Enjoli Spaulding joined Balboa United in 2018 as a Nurse Practitioner. Enjoli rounds at dialysis clinics, proving direct care to patients undergoing hemodialysis. She supports several dialysis clinics in San Diego County.

Enjoli has a Masters of Science in Nursing, Nurse Practitioner degree from San Diego State University and a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Point Loma Nazarene University. She has been working as a Nurse Practitioner since 2012.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time adventuring with her husband and three children.
